"Eric with Pest Plus came out to a housing project for the company I work for due to what we thought were mouse droppings in two of the new construction homes. Eric arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed both issues as bats getting in through open windows during the construction process. He even noted areas of concern around all five of the buildings and we gladly accepted a very reasonable price to have rodent coverage for the property ongoing, due to green spaces with rodents and wildlife. We will definitely be using Eric again for his services when needed at other properties."

"Pest Plus prevented our ant armageddon. In one visit from Pest Plus, the swarms of ants in our house were reduced to almost nothing. It’s been a month, and I only see one or two ants from time to time, and I suspect they’ll be wiped out with regular visits. They also took care of our spider problem. We used to see at least a spider a day, and I haven’t seen one since! We’re using their services quarterly now, and their team gives us lots of good information about how to keep pests out of our home. Definitely worth the money!"
